I already know that y is divided by 8 - by .75 to get x each time. I just need help putting it into an equation and sentence.

x = 0 , y =8 ( your table shows that, right?)
x = 5 , y = 6 + 8 *5 = 6 + 40 = 46 ( your table said that, right?)
x =10, y = 6 + 8*10 = 6 + 80 = 86 (it comes from your table, right?)
x =15, y = 6 + 8*15 = 6 + 120 = 126 ( from your table , too, right?)
x = 20, y = 6 + 8*20 = 6 + 160 = 166 hehehe
