The McCulloch v. Maryland case

OpenStudy (compassionate):

McCulloch v. Maryland drew a line in the sand between what is acceptable and not acceptable when it comes to Federal v. State power. It allowed the Federal Government to act within it's constitutional power without being impeded upon by State power. It balanced the Federal Government and State Governments.
