4m + 3n = 19 -->(7) 5m + 7n = 40 -->(-3) ---------------- 28m + 21n = 133 (result of multiplying by 7) -15m - 21n = - 120 (result of multiplying by -3) ----------------- 13m = 13 m = 1 you are correct
