Just use Wolfram Alpha, it is amazing for any subject of school pretty much.

i triedboth pages that yall gave me but i cant figure it out and answer needs to be rounded to the nearest tenth

Wolfram alpha is better for calculus. You can use cosine on the one i gave.

Cos24= 19/cos24

Not sure what this is, but it's not a true statement... that'd mean cos24*cos24=19, which isn't possible.
