Do you understand what the term Boolean operator means?  Because this should be self evident, so if you are having a problem with it there must be some underlying misunderstanding.

It has to be B. As e.mccormick says - booleans are quite self-evident. It has to be an amusement park AND it has to have a  rollercoaster.
