Use benchmarks as I have said before. Since two sevenths rounds to 0, then it means that it will remain to be at 3. Three and three fourths can be rounded to 4 because there fourths rounds to 1. But let's check out answer. First put three and two sevenths to improper fraction and then we would get 23/7 and then let's put three and three fourths to Improper fraction and we would get 13/4. Then you can multiply.
