Change all the denominators to the nearest number they can all be. You can raise them all to a 30: 

4/5 becomes 24/30 when it is multiplied by 6 
2/3 becomes 20/30 when it is multiplied by 10 
7/10 becomes 21/30 when it is multiplied by 3. 

Add all three numerators, and you will get a 65/30. Divide the 30 into the 65, and the answer is 2 5/30, which reduces to 2 1/6. As written in the choices you posted, it is 2 and one-sixth.
