You need to answer questions. it will give you a higher score, plus you can ask questions, and if you get medals from either answering a question well or asking a question.

Well that is obviously a bug. your smartscore should be higher than most of the 3 subscores problem solving teamwork and engagement.
Looking at your scores, i can tell your smartscore needs to be at least around 60-70.
I'm sure @Preetha can fix this problem.

sometimes certain browsers will cause glitches/problems with the websites you use. I know from experience. Hope your score gets fixed. :)
