Please help

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

any restrictions to the domain will occur in the denominator for a rational in a rational the main restriction is that the denominator cannot be 0, otherwise the rational becomes undefined to find out where the denominator turns to 0 for values of "x" set the denominator to 0 and solve for "x" is a quadratic expression thus it'll give you 2 answers/roots \(\bf 3x^2+2x-8 =0\)

So what do i do next?

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

solve for "x" :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And thats my answer?

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

well, the answer(s) will come from the value(s) of "x"
