Here's what I got but not sure if right or not?? 
So 
(i)  W=Fd
     W=(20)*(0.157) 
     W=3.14 Joules
    
(ii) P=W/t
    P=3.14/0.6
    P=5.23 Watts

....Ok so here's what I'm not sure about...

Should force be 20 or should it be 
F=mv/t 
F=(20)(0.2618)/0.6
F=8.726
And should I plug THAT into the Work formula instead of the 20kg???
