OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

Any ideas?

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

x intercept is where it touches the x-axis - the horizontal line... where does it?

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

y intercept is where it touches the y-axis - the vertical line... where does it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the x-intercept is 6? and the y-intercept is 3??

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

Do you know what the word "intercept" means?

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

-3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oops i mean -3

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

I think either x=6, or (6, 0) are acceptable. Usually you'd just say x=6. y=-3 or (0, -3) for the y intercept. Usually you'd just say y=-3.

Oh ok that wasn't so hard thanks for the help :)
