we're reading Howard Zinn's "A people's history of the United States" for my history class and writing a paper on social justice. Has anybody used this book for a history class? It's strongly biased and not you're average textbook which I think is a reason why we are using it.

It's definitely a bit biased. It attempts to show history from underrepresented groups.
