factor 12x^2-25x+12

OpenStudy (psymon):

When you have a quadratic in the form ax^2 + bx + c, you need to multiply a and c. Once you multiply a and c, you find 2 factors of ac that add up to b. So in this problem, your a is 12, c is 12, and b is -25. So start off by multiplying 12 and 12 and see if you can find two factors of that that will add up to -25.
