You have drawn one single arc for the angle, and not two, so it is not sure if it is meant that the line bisects angle B.
Also nowhere in the question says the middle line is a median.
You may want to check all the conditions/assumptions.

look at the triangle the base length is 58,well that is how it looks like right thats why if it is on triangle split into two you divide by 2 do you get what I'm trying to say now?
