the triangles UTR and STR are congruent. You can prove this using the HL (hypotenuese leg) congruence theorem for right angles. you're given that the legs are congruent (UR and SR have tickmacks), right angles are congruent and the line segment TR is common to both triangles and is the hypoteneuse for each. Then by CPCTC, angles UTR and STR are congruent
