It's B not D. @RH Note that Angle KPJ and CKP are Alternate interior angles hence CKP = KPJ = 21 degrees.

Note that CJK and CJP are Alternate Interior Angles as well hence:\[\bf \angle CJK=\angle CJP = 180-(90+21)=69 \] @RH
