u do know that.. sum of three angles in a triangle is 180 degrees.. and the three sides are non parallel.. but imagine.. if sum of two angles only became 180 degrees, then that would mean the third angle would be zero.. and thus they can never form a triangle regardless of how far you stretch the two lines.. and thus the two lines would be parallel to each other.. so in question 7.. they have given the two angles are supplementary.. that means their sum is 180 degrees.. thus they are parallel
