Hmm..
On Photoshop, is it manual or there is specific menu for collage? 
I wanna collage more than 300 images. :)

You would have to manually import all the images one by one all as different layers and position them manually too. That's a lot of work, but i don't know another way to do this in photoshop as i never made a collage that big before.
You could create a grid which will make positioning the images easier.

I searched a little and I found that it's easy to make big collages with picasa

If you have adobe subscription you can use bridge, way easier program to manipulate and order photos. But photoshop is certainly the easiest for overlapping various layers
