OpenStudy (anonymous):

a = 80tan26

OpenStudy (fifciol):

\[\frac{ a }{80 }=\tan26^o\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

b = 80/cos26

OpenStudy (fifciol):

\[\frac{80 }{b }=\cos26^o\]

OpenStudy (fifciol):

check out trig values from a table or using calculator

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for a I get 39.01

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and for b I get 71.90 is that correct @Fifciol ???

OpenStudy (fifciol):

a is correct but b is not 80 * cos26 but 80 / cos 26 so it's 89.0

ooh Ok I multiplied thanks for the help :)
