Guys..can we do something about this?

Users are being tagged like 50+ times per 10 mins..by some fake users whose usernames don't even make sense (like sfsgsgs,djuddgs etc)...i don't see why is he/she doing this?i mean come on..grow up

that's not a solution as such..find something universal..blocking someone won't help..he makes more accounts

Yeah but we have to work with what we got, it's not like we have the tools or people to fix all the bugs we have on OpenStudy, hopefully soon but for now it's all we got sorry.

public awareness for behaving like normal users and not making fake ids could be an option..

Not being able to post without email verification would be a big step.
Also a tag limit of let's say 30 people? why would it ever be necessary to tag over 100 people in 1 post?

no tagging itself is great..verification thing will be a prob for newbies who need instant help...tagging is good..mistagging is bad

if you chaange your notification , he won't be able to tag you as long as you don't fan him

How hard can it be to just click a link in a verification email? The way it is now, you can creat an account with an email adress like blablabla@hello.cheese
It doesn't even have to exist. That's why spammers can create new accounts in a matter of seconds. It's a huge problem and the need of email verification in order to become able to post or chat is way bigger than the need to be user friendly to a few newbies who don't know how to verify an email adress.

man i got more than 50 notif on OS, and email notif more than 60 because of tagging party when i open my OS now. :/

Man @agent_sniffles is really negative there, I mean I know OS has problems but not that bad LOL, and @modphysnoob it can still be changed...
