right now recently even seven kingdom of classifiacation is published,but three domain(bacteria,archae,eukarya) based on 16s rRNA unit commonly taken from a common ancestor progenote is under studies universally.

Three domain! Bacteria, Archaea, Eukarya by Woese et al. OR more currently some places I have seen the 6 kingdom by cavalier-Smith, which is Bacteria, Protozoa, Chromista, Plantae, Fungi, Animalia.

I'd say the three domains is the one more commonly talked about.
