My answer is
I would use elimination because all the coefficients have no common factor bigger than 1, and the x coefficients are addictive inverses. This will make easier to use elimination.

yes it is elimination! (+5y) and (-5y) can easily be eliminated right away!

I would use the elimination method. The y values can easily be eliminated by adding the two equations together.
