6. Thinking about your observations in all three sections of this lab, write a description of the two things that are required for refraction of light to happen

Hi! This question seems like it might be hard to answer. It's probably supposed to relate to your lab, but we don't know your lab. Refraction is what happens when light goes from one medium to another, basically. You'd need a light source and two mediums through which light can travel. But there might be more answers, like having a proper angle entering the second medium, and having a certain polarization of light. Maybe if you described what you did, you or someone here could identify what parts of that were necessary. The answer is probably expected to be inspired by your lab.
