think of it this way if you have ever been to the beach, are the most of the people in the ocean, or on the shoreline, the shoreline has more people usually because it gives a scenic veiw and more people enjoy it so the compliment would be along the lines of the festival is very scenic, beautiful, fun, relaxing...etc
