yes, that what I got
Base area = 8 x8 = 64

Surface area = BA + 1/2 x perimeter x slant height

BA = 64
slant height = 12
perimeter = 4 x8 = 32

so you have 64 + 1/2 x 32 x 12
64 + 16 x 12
64 + 192 = 256
