temparature can affect the rate of reaction,pH can affect also,an enzyme works perfectly at an optimum pH,optimum temp.

according to arrhenius,the reactivity of an enzyme increases at the every 10C,upto certain limit.it is called Q10 value of the enzyme.
and in case of that reaction H2S04 is a positive catalyst.
