Do you capitalize the "h" in hospital after you use the the full name of the hospital in the beginning of the sentence?

Yes, because you are referring to its entire name. So for example, if you decide to put the word hospital when referring to Kaiser Permanente, then you have to write it all capitalized. Example: I was born at the Kaiser Permanente Hospital. :)

If it is part of the name then yes, otherwise no. :)
