I tried dividing numerator by x^2 then putting 1/x= t but dk what to do after that

The general approach is factor the denominator (into possibly complex roots) multiply the roots that are complex conjugates of each other to get real expressions. then use partial fraction expansion to write the problem as multiple fractions that will integrate to ln or arctan.
