as the quadrilateral EFGH is a cyclic quadrilateral therefore sum of opposite angles is 180 degree.so angle GFE + angle GFE=180
or y+106=180
or y=74

as angle CAD is a straight angle at centre A.and by a result that angle made on center of circle is twice the angle made on the angle made at any point of triangle touching the given circle.
so angle CBD=(1/2)*180=90
