\[\frac{t}{15}=1\frac{2}{5} \rightarrow \frac{t}{15}=\frac{1\times 5 +2}{5}\] \[\frac{t}{15}=\frac{7}{5} \rightarrow 5t = 15 \times 7 \rightarrow t= \frac{15 \times 7}{5} =21\]
