question3= question 1 question4=question2

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

triangle = 180, you have an angel = 56 and another at 90 so what is x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

umm 34?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cause i added them together then subtracting from 180 @ivettef365

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about the second one? @ivettef365

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

I'm thinking, by logic it needs to be less than 26

OpenStudy (anonymous):

right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x+90+56=180 x+146=180 x=180-146 x= 34

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got that one, what about the second one ? @dpasingh

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do u want to know about the length of BC?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yesh it ask what is BC

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If yes then u must provide other details as well like length of other segments

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the only other numbers are 5 and 13

OpenStudy (anonymous):

which segments are these put then on the pic

OpenStudy (anonymous):

they're on the picture @dpasingh

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

I believe is 24

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

I'll show you how I got there, if you draw a line from P to c then you have a right triangle

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

the measure from p to c is the radius which is 13, and you have the measure of 5, use Pythagorean Theorem, to find the other leg so you have 13^2 = 5^2 + b^2 169 = 25 + b^2 so b^2 = 144 b = 12 so now you have the measure of the leg which is 12 and 12 + 12 = 24
