is there someone that can help me check my work on an double integral involving a jacobian transformation of variables? I keep making the same mistake and I can't find where it is. I'll type in my work when I know someone can help

I remember learning about change of variables directly (meaning I was told \(dx~dy=r~dr~d\theta\) with a geometric explanation), without being exposed to the Jacobian.
