in physics what is meant by plasma which is a type in material classification.

The thing about plasma that makes it different, as far as I can tell is that there are charged particles and they can interact. It means that, even though the plasma as a whole might be about neutral, it has separated charged particles and so reacts stongly to electric and magnetic fields - unlike gas, solids, and liquids.
