Simplify x squared minus 12 times x plus 20 all over x minus 10

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

try factoring the numerator \[\frac{x^2 - 12x + 20}{x - 10}\] so find the factors of 20 that add to -12.... they are both negative... then rewriting the numerator in factored from you should see a common factor that will allow simplification.
