Where do I begin to engage Physics II?

Start with printing out all lecture notes, you don't need a textbook. Follow the lessons chronological the way they are structured on this page: http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/physics/8-02sc-physics-ii-electricity-and-magnetism-fall-2010/

I found that sometimes the videos block or there's only a part of a lecture, on the video clips you should be able to see the number of the lecture. Read the lecture notes first, then watch the lectures while taking some extra notes and then solve the exercises/problems.
