Where do I begin to engage Physics II?

Start with printing out all lecture notes, you don't need a textbook. Follow the lessons chronological the way they are structured on this page: http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/physics/8-02sc-physics-ii-electricity-and-magnetism-fall-2010/ I found that sometimes the videos block or there's only a part of a lecture, on the video clips you should be able to see the number of the lecture. If there's a part missing or they skipped a lesson, the full range of lectures can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/course?category=University%2FScience%2FPhysics%2FElectromagnetism&feature=edu&list=ECC2CEECFD938FD494 Read the lecture notes first, then watch the lectures while taking some extra notes and then solve the exercises/problems.
