English:
I like to practice my ukulele and play video games in my spare time. I also like to ride my longboard around my neighborhood. Another activity I enjoy is collecting and reading comic books. I like taking my dog for a walk too. My most frequent activity is spending time with my best friend. We enjoy taking walks. We also like to talk on skype a lot.
Spanish:
Me gusta practico mi ukelele y juegos de video en mi tiempo libre. También me gusta monto mi largo tablero por mi barrio. Otra actividades que me gusta es la recogrecogida y la leyendo de libros de historietas.
Me gusta tengo mi perro a paseo también. Mi actividad más frecuente es pasando tiempo con mi mejor amigo. Nos gusta a caminamos. También nos gusta hablamos por skype mucha

to practice = practicar

(to) play is another infinitive
to play = jugar

to ride = montar

to collect = coleccionar

to read = leer

"I like taking my dog..." means "I like _to take_ my dog..."
Me gusta _llevar_ mi perro.

spending time ---> to spend time
pasar tiempo

We enjoy taking walks. ---> We enjoy to take walks.
nos gusta caminar

to talk = hablar

This is one instance in which you are not conjugating the verbs. You just need the infinitive form.
