find limf(x) x→3^+

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

what number are we getting close to as we approach 3 from the right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not entirely sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

approaching 3 from the right, the line is on y=3

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

correct, notice that if we approach x=3 from the right we are getting very close to y=3, but at x=3 we don't care about....just as we approach it. another way of thinking about this is (this is not exactly true but will work with these problems) what is f(3.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001) ?

Isn't this already solved?
