thank you!! can you help me with the follow up question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

using the value found iin the previous problem find the measure of angle R and the measure of angle Q

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait I just realized these questions are in Law of cosine section so do I have to use cos?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

r will the answer still be the same?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or*

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

Angle Q is 90° because that is a 3 - 4 - 5 triangle and are always right triangles. Angle R is 90° - 53.13° = 36.87° I don't know why they start talking about law of cosines considering that was all done without using it.

ok thank you so much!

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

Okay you are welcome.
