DNA Restriction enzyme digestion: Original fragment reconstruction (Challenge question ..for some)

OpenStudy (aaronq):

Three different restriction enzymes (A,B and C) were used to cut a LINEAR fragment of DNA. Single and double digests were electrophoresed on an agarose gel and the following fragment sizes (in Kb) were observed in the gel: A: 11, 13 B:6,18 C:3,9,12 A+B=5,6,13 A+C:3,4,8,9 B+C:3,9 Draw a linear DNA fragment with the positions of the restriciton enzyme recognition sites, i.e. draw a restriction map of the molecule that explains these results. Show work by drawing maps of double digests for full points.

OpenStudy (frostbite):

Damn it have been to long since I last did a restriction map.

Deleted my first drawing I used making the map, but here it is again. |dw:1375700575169:dw|
