5x(4x-y)-4z(y-4x) => 5x(4x-y) + 4z(-y+4x) is distributing the - sign in the initial equation. to do it the other way, multiply (5x-4z)(4x-y), then multiply (5x+4z)(4x-y) and see which one is the same as the initial equation you got it right
