Oh geez, havent done algebra in a while..any ways, here: lets start of with this question, do you know the slope intercept formula?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no im lost

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok, The slope intercept formula is y=mx+b, where m= the slope and b= the y-intercept. they have given you a few things, the x and the y intercept, so first, plug them in and let me know what you get

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh wait, I'm going about this all wrong, see I got rusty in my algebra skillz...just give me a second to draw the graph

|dw:1375688288318:dw| Ok, sorry about my terrible graphing, but see, the x-intercept, is where the line crosses the x-axis, which is at two, and the y-intercept is where the line corsses at the y-axis, so now, you have to figure out the slope of the line. Do you know how to figure out slope (ignore my previous comments, i messed up with them)
