@karatechopper I see what you mean, but honestly reporting the user doesn't work often and when it does the mods then go and warn the user, and often times the user is new to OS and might get scared, I think we should try to reason on a local level and if that doesn't work go to the mods.

@JA1 I understand about the new user thing and I have thought about it. What I normally do if the user is new, I will send them a kind and loving private message so that they are not scared :)
