i cant do the statistics,but some fungi species store more protein and fat than plant body..like some species of Yeast-Torulopsis(protein),and Endomyces(FAT),Cryptococcus(both)..so they they are nutritionally more valuable,because a colony of them can produce more than a single wheat grain.
