In a geometry class, Veronica is asked to draw a convex hexagon. She draws a closed figure with six sides. The sides are not equal in length. The greatest interior angle measure is 195°, and the least interior angle measure is 85°. Which statement about the figure Veronica draws is true?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you want the answer or to learn how to do these problems?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

She draws a correct figure because an interior angle measures more than 180°. She draws a correct figure because no interior angle measures more than a straight angle. She draws an incorrect figure because an interior angle measures more than 180° She draws an incorrect figure because it has six sides and the sides are not equal in length.

@FutureMathProfessor don't answer directly, its against CoC

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whichever @Paynesdad

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Medal? :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@FutureMathProfessor it's not very not very educational either...for one who wants to be a professor.

@abbyclairee The purpose of this site is to study and learn not just collect answers. If all you want are answers maybe you should openanswers.com or cheaters.com

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hey, thanks(:

@tip #1: Don't listen to someone who has not given one helpful contribution to your questions (: <3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@FutureMathProfessor I would not call giving the answer being helpful in the long run...I attempted get here thing about a previous problem by asking probing questions, and then you jumped and GAVE the answer. Perhaps you should investigate the concept of probing questions or Socratic method. Just a suggestion for your supposed aspirations.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'd rather not waste my time giving explanations when the questioneer doesn't need one. For certain types of questions, the reasoning comes once the answer is given. Experience will teach you this hefty trait with certain mathematical commodities.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@FutureMathProfessor The questioner asked the same type of question 3 times and did not seem to gain any more knowledge. Did you question her to see if she understood the concept of convex vs. concave? Or perhaps she needs help with the prefixes of polygons. You can't know when all you do is give answers which is against the CoC for this site and would be considered an abuse. I doubt I will ever have enough experience to realize giving answers is not "helping".

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well I'm sorry you feel that way. If you had actually asked her, you'd realize that she actually had learned a lot.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Tried to ask questions before. You simply jumped in with the answer to question.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How many years have you been teaching again?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And as you can see, she stopped asking questions. She now nderstands something that you're help didn't offer to her.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Or you completed her assignment for her. Good job!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What a coy avatar you have by the way. @FutureMathProfessor

Ad hominem attacks prove your jealousy toward someone more intellectual than yourself.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well listen to you use your big boy words...They sound impressive, but they don't make you right.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I doubt I am jealous of someone with more intellectual than myself.... Nice grammar, junior.
