A regular octagon has side length 10.9 in. The perimeter of the octagon is 87.2 in cm and the area is 392.4 in2. A second octagon has side lengths equal to 5.45 in. Find the area of the second octagon. Please help

There are two squares. The square at left with side of 6 cm has an area of 36 cm^2. The square at right with side 3 cm has an area of 9 cm^2. Ok so far?
