how can we hear what we think?

thomaster (thomaster):

We don't hear what we think, because the ears don't send signals to the brain when you're thinking. When you think, your brain makes up the sound of your voice and projects it into your thoughts. So it makes it look like you're actually hearing your thoughts but you're just thinking in your own voice because that's the voice your brain remembers the best.
