A, though the Federal Reserve is not part of the government they are still somewhat controlled by it, like the Post Office

Ken, this is for an online FLVS class and if you have ever taken one then you would already know that those classes in general are insufficient. This is not a site in which people need to be told they are stupid. If your studies with this subject were sufficient wouldn't you know the answer? That alone should tell you something.
