use the point-slope form
solve for y
A line through point A(xa,ya) with slope m has the point-slope form as: y=m(x-xa)+ya You can transform this to standard form.
There may be different definitions for standard form, the most common of which is Ax+By=C where A, B and C are numeric values, and where A and B do not have common factors.
