THIS IS COMPLETELY RANDOM BUT I NEED UR HELP SOCCER PEOPLE......
Well i have been training for 4 weeks for soccer with cone drills,shooting, this channel on youtube called fitness blender and i have been running outside and on the treadmill. However, the week before preseason I am going on vacation so I might not be able to train as much! Will this weaken my skills and get me out of shape for preseason???
no it is just a week
you can also do leg work outs and it would keep them in shape
You would be surprised how quickly fitness can deteriorate though I would suggest trying to a little bit of cardio or something just to keep it up, which I know is hard on vacation (I run and even after a week it can be tough) so just do a little a day, like first thing in the morning or something
