h(x)=x^3+2x+5 the domain is (-inf,inf), but what is the range?

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Well, do you see anything that would say keep it from being negative?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the range is the same as the domain?

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

"odd" polynomial functions always have range (-inf, inf). Odd meaning, if the highest power is 1, 3, 5, 7 etc.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Yep. It has no restrictions because it is a simple poly with an odd power in the highest degree term.
